Are they necessary for good eye health?

If you wear them, will they be detrimental for your eye health instead?

On another note, I bought a new computer and now I have 2. Question: Should I give away one or should I keep both?

Will I get a blue light blocking pair of spectacles in the near future or should I just keep it simple?
